1. BCA Black Card Application Requirements
In order to have a BCA Black Card, prospective cardholders must meet the following requirements:
- Citizenship: Indonesian or foreign citizen
- Minimum income: IDR 3 million per month
- Age of primary cardholder: 21–65 years
- Age of additional cardholder: Minimum 17 years
- No previous credit card required
2. Required Documents
Document requirements vary depending on the applicant’s employment status:
Employee
- Photocopy of identity (KTP/Passport)
- Latest pay slip
- NPWP
Entrepreneur
- Photocopy of identity (KTP/Passport)
- Photocopy of savings account for the last 3 months
- NPWP
- Photocopy of business establishment deed or SIUP
Professional (Doctor, Lawyer, etc.)
- Photocopy of identity (KTP/Passport)
- Pay slip or proof of income
- Photocopy of professional license
