5. Lake Singkarak
Lake Singkarak is the largest lake in West Sumatra, located in two districts, Solok and Tanah Datar. This lake has extraordinary natural beauty, with clear waters and surrounded by enchanting green mountains.
Lake Singkarak is also known as the habitat of the bilih fish, an endemic fish that is only found in this lake. Tourists can see this bilih fish in a very small size, with a maximum length of around 5 cm.
